Ramia: Nova Centre project better after consultation

An enthusiastic crowd of over 200 people turned out Wednesday night to get a look at what Halifax’s new convention centre will likely look like.

“I’m thrilled to see really good-looking architecture for downtown that is creative and engages with the reality of what our downtown is about,” said Marilyn Sweet, a Falmouth resident who works in downtown Halifax.

“I think it is going to bring new life and I have really appreciated the consultations.”
